    You have the link in the registration page, but you can add it on the footer of every pages with TermsOfLink plugin:
    https://vanillaforums.org/addon/termsoflink-plugin
    Just enable it in the dashboard.

    You have a lot of options.

    • The plugin @K17 mentioned (I haven't reviewed it, just going by what it says on the tin).
    • Add a file at conf/locale.php with this in it: <?php $Definition['TermsOfServiceText'] = "new terms go here!";
    • Change the link on the registration page to your (alternate) ToS page by putting a new link in your config under Garden.TermsOfService.
