the problem is it does not include this "discussions" in "Target" Target=discussions

the solution is to include this variable correctly, but I could not

Patch temporal

Search:

$Args = array('Target' => GetValue('Target', $_GET, Gdn::Request()->Path()));

Change:

$Args['Target'] = $_GET['Target'];

is correct @Todd ? Facebok pluging works perfectly with the change

Thanks for your work @usuario123. The problem occurs when you click the login from the homepage of the forum. I've implemented a fix in our unstable branch that is similar to yours so next time you update you'll have the fix.

Hi guys, this should be fixed in the next version, but until then I've attached the file that has the fix. You need to extract it and put it in your /plugins/Facebook folder.

Egads. I'm guessing you two have rewrite urls turned off because there seems to be a bug there. Can you try the attached fix?

Man, just allow me to vent at how damn strict Facebook is. Son of a @#$&! I do suspect there are related problems with the Twitter and OpenID plugins. I am flying to NY today for an unconference, but I'll try and get these things debugged asap.

@TerminalAddict, what do the urls in your application look like? Do you see index.php?p=/discussions when you click on Discussions? If so, and you do have mod_rewrite you should get your urls fancified. I'll help you with that, but I think it best that I write a help topic because this is a not-uncommon problem.

You are correct in assuming I have no rewrite rules, therefore my urls are not "pretty" :) I hadn't got to that bit yet .. but am planning to implement this

edit: OH look at what I just found

Did you just replace the php file in Facebook file ?

I am desperate, it's still doesn't work for, I don't know If I there is a prob with my facebook app or with the plugin.

Any ideas ?

It works ok on one of my forums. On another server, it isn't. I downloaded class.facebook.plugin.php.zip, and replaced the old file. It seems to create the user just fine, sends the email to the right account, but doesn't recognize that I've signed in.

Edit: Fixed. This was an import from bbpress. I had to go into the Member role (Manage Roles & Permissions) and check the box 'Allow' under Sign In.

Thanks @Todd - everything works perfectly now. For me, the Facebook login was working just fine, but OpenID, Twitter, and Google weren't. I replaced all files with the ones you provided and all works great now! Thanks!
